Once started, the motor drives the screen deck in high-frequency linear or elliptical motion. When drilling fluid with cuttings is fed onto the screen, vibration quickly separates solids from fluid. - Live Adjustable Parameters: Excitation force (5–8g) and screen-deck angle (–2° to +5°) can be adjusted without stopping, letting operators optimize settings in real time based on fluid viscosity, solids, and flow rate.
